Campus Connections Redesign

Campus Connections is for promoting events/information to faculty/staff only. Other requests will not be included.

We are pleased to share that Campus Connections will debut a refreshed design and streamlined look this fall, aimed at enhancing your reading experience and improving overall engagement.

What鈥檚 changing:

A cleaner, more modern visual design
Improved readability and streamlined layout
A more intuitive, user-friendly experience
Enhanced content presentation

Biggest changes to expect:

Event details will no longer appear in full within the body of the newsletter. Your content will be limited to 500 characters. Your event listings will now be accessible via a link to the official university calendar and, when available, to a dedicated events web page.
By linking to event listings externally, we are able to deliver a more concise and readable newsletter, and boost event visibility in Google Search, while still providing access to all event information in one centralized location.
To ensure consistency with branding guidelines, independently designed flyers will no longer be accepted. Moving forward, you are welcome to submit photos related to your event listing, if available.

Important Information

Supplying information through this form will be distributed to the various news distributions at 91影视. Platforms that may be considered include the Campus Connections e-newsletter, the 91影视 Student Life e-newsletter, press releases, website blogs, website announcements, event calendars, marquees, e-newsletters, and/or The Pillars magazine.

Distribution Schedule
Campus Connections - Submit news by 3 p.m., Thursday for distribution the following Monday. If your announcement is urgent, please submit the form below and Diane Tezeno (drtezeno@HC.edu) in the Marketing Department to confirm receipt of the message to be distributed.

Student Newsletter - Submit news by 3 p.m., Thursday for distribution the following Sunday. If your announcement is urgent, please submit the form below and Student Life (StudentLife@HC.edu) to confirm receipt of the message to be distributed.

Alumni Newsletter - Submit your announcement, event, news item, or general campus update by 5 p.m. CST, Monday, for distribution the following Monday morning at 6 a.m. CST. Space is limited and varies on a weekly basis. Please note: submission of your request does not guarantee inclusion in the following week鈥檚 newsletter. While we do our best to include everything, we may not be able to accommodate every request for every week desired. If your announcement is urgent, please submit the form below and the 91影视 Alumni Association (alumniassociation@HC.edu) to confirm receipt of the message to be distributed.
