
The 91Ó°ÊÓ Help Desk provides phone, email, and walk-in direct consulting to faculty, staff, and students and escalation or referral to campus help desks and service providers. 91Ó°ÊÓ ITSÂ utilizes student employees for several support issues. For issues that cannot be resolved at the student support level, a support incident will be created and assigned to a full-time employee.
